Once an order is placed, we require 1 to 3 business days to process it. On weekdays, it typically takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take slightly longer.

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and delivery usually takes 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium. (Delivery to other countries may take longer.) We aim to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team. Below, we explain how your order is processed and delivered.

Ordering

The ordering process at MOL is as straightforward as possible. First, navigate to the product page and add the item you want to your shopping cart by clicking the black "Add to Cart" button. It's important to check that you've selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. On the information page, you need to enter the correct address details. Make sure all information is accurate. Once this information is correctly filled out, you can click the "Continue to Shipping" button. On the "Shipping" page, you have the opportunity to review the address details you entered. It is also noted that every shipment is sent free of charge. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs within the Netherlands and Belgium. For shipping costs outside of NL & BE, the customer must pay.

You can now proceed by clicking the "Continue to Payment" button. On the payment options page, you can choose between several payment methods. All payment options on molamsterdam.com are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a secure payment environment at all times:

Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order In NL & BE. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required. The costumer have to pay the shipping costs when they order it outside The Netherlands and Belgium.
